    Packages Terms and Conditions

    Safari Cancellation Policy

    • Tiger Reserve safari once booked cannot be cancelled / amended and is non-refundable.
    • Guests have the option to book the safaris by themselves. No binding from our side./li>
    • No refunds on safari bookings.

    Resort Cancellation Policy

    • Resort cancellation policy: There will be no cash refunds. Only credit note will be issue which will have a limited validity of 180 days from the date of cancellation.
    • Before 30 days - 50 % of the total package will be applicable.
    • Between 30 days - 15 days 75 % of the total package is applicable.
    • Between 15 days - no refund will be applicable.
    • A credit note will be issued in case of force majeure or any natural calamities or National Emergency.
    • No refunds in case of any medical emergency or hospitalization. Resort policy will be applicable.
    • Resort holds the rights to reservation.
    • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

    Package Cancellation Policy

    • Packages once booked is nonrefundable.
    • In case of fixed departures, no refund is applicable.

    Payment Terms

    • 100% advance payment required at the time of booking.

    Important Notes

    • There is no WIFI or partial WIFI support in the property.
    • We have a common WIFI dongle at the reception / restaurant for common use.
    • Card swiping machine not available.
    • Payment has to be done either by cash or in QR code by UPI, Netbanking payment method.
