• Check in is 1:30pm and check out 11:30am.
• All bookings are subject to availability, The Indian Tiger Safaris shall be entitled to refuse any booking on reasonable grounds.
• The rates mentioned are valid until 30th June 2025. However, rates may differ during Christmas, New Year, and long weekends. It is advisable to contact the reservations team for specific details.
• Early checks in and late check-out will be offered, subject to availability and on extra chargeable basis. To guarantee these options, guests need to reserve the room from the previous night.
• No adjustments or refunds will be provided in case any facility from the package is not availed.
• All bills are to be settled by the guest prior to check in by cash or account transfer as a part of company policy.

• Minimum 50% accommodation advance and 100% safari amount required to confirm the Package.
• Advance paid is non-refundable.
• Safari rates differ in case of weekends and weekdays as per Indian and Foreign National.
• No loud music is allowed inside the property as it will disturb the wildlife around the property.
• Safaris are subjected to availability and if in case some safari amount changes declared by the government then whatever is the difference amount will be payable by the guest.
• Park safaris will be booked only on receipt of Full advance.
• We cannot guarantee booking through a particular Gate/Zone; all park entry bookings will be subject to online availability after receipt of relevant details & advance payment.
• To organize an airport/station transfer, a minimum of 24 hours prior notice is required. In case of urgent requests, it is recommended to contact the reservation office by phone.
• Guests are requested to carry a photo-identity for check-in. Foreign nationals need to present their passport and valid visa, while Indian nationals can present a Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, or PAN card. The identification should match the details submitted at the time of safari bookings.
• Kanha and Bandhavgarh national parks are closed every Wednesday for afternoon safaris and the entire day on Diwali and Holi. In Tadoba, core gates are closed on Tuesdays and buffer gates are closed on Wednesdays, in addition to Diwali, Holi, and 1st May. Please note that the forest department may also close the parks on short notice due to rain.
• Indian Tiger Safaris and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, management, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns will not be liable for any loss that you may suffer due to rejection of your visa, hotel cancellation policies and/or any other policy of third parties service providers who are involved in the product that you purchase from Indian Tiger Safaris.
• Neither Indian Tiger Safaris nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, management , directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns shall be responsible for, or be deemed to be in default on account of, any failure to perform or due to delay in performance of any of its obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, if such performance is rendered impracticable by the occurrence of acts of war, whether declared or undeclared, sabotage, embargo, acts of terrorism, riot or other civil commotion, failure in transportation, act of any government or any court or administrative agency thereof, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, strike, act of government or other catastrophes, epidemics or quarantine restrictions, or other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of Indian Tiger Safaris (“Force Majeure”). Both you and Indian Tiger Safaris shall use their best efforts to avoid, overcome and offset the effects of any cause or potential cause of an event of Force Majeure. Upon cessation of the cause of the Force Majeure, the Terms of Use given hereunder shall again become fully operative. However, a Force Majeure event will not relieve you or Indian Tiger Safaris of the obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure.
